88TH Expects Q3 Revenue to Keep Growing, New Product Launches Boost Sales

88 (Thailand) or 88TH expects its Q3/2026 revenue to continue growing, supported by the gradual recognition of revenue from new products under the LYO brand, including LYO My Color, LYO Hair Oil, and LYO Silver Block, which have already been launched. The company is also preparing to introduce 6 more SKUs of cosmetics and 4 SKUs of skincare under the Hone brand to boost sales in the final stretch of the year. Meanwhile, the online channel's revenue share has increased to 29%, up from 21% in Q2/2026. The company will accelerate social commerce and live commerce efforts, expand into international markets, and prepare to enter the pet products business through its subsidiary Monster Lab, with revenue recognition expected to begin in Q4/2026. However, risk factors to monitor include intense competition in the beauty market, especially from Chinese brands competing on price and rapid product development, as well as potential increases in raw material costs and online fees.

88 Thailand Public Company Limited, or 88TH, announced its business plan for the second half of 2026 with three main strategies: expanding the LYO brand product line, expanding into the China and Hong Kong markets, and investing in the pet products business through Monster Lab Company Limited, which is expected to begin contributing new revenue from the second half of 2026. In the second quarter of 2026, the company posted sales and service revenue of 151.82 million baht, up 10.16 percent from the same period last year, supported by original equipment manufacturing, or OEM, revenue of 12.91 million baht, up 1,695.17 percent, and online sales of 49.69 million baht, up 37.29 percent. Net profit for the second quarter stood at 13.16 million baht. For the first six months, total revenue was 316.42 million baht, up 3.14 percent, with net profit of 35.06 million baht. 88TH first-half profit falls 30% despite revenue growth as advertising costs surge

88 Thailand Public Company Limited, or 88TH, reported first-half 2026 net profit fell 30.51% to 35.06 million baht, even as revenue from sales and services rose 3.14% to 316.42 million baht. Net profit margin declined from 16.44% to 11.08%. The main reason was selling and distribution expenses rising 20.45% to 132.75 million baht, especially marketing expenses up 13.93% to 97.31 million baht and online platform service fees up 95.92% to 20.65 million baht, to support the launch of new products LYO My Color, LYO Hair Oil and LYO Silver. In the second quarter, these new products generated combined revenue of only 11.09 million baht. Meanwhile, core hair and scalp care products, which accounted for 83.51% of total revenue, fell 4.84% to 264.23 million baht, with LYO Herbal down 34.31% and LYO Hair Color down 8.19%. The original equipment manufacturing, or OEM, business grew more than 950% to 29.72 million baht, representing 9.39% of total revenue. Management expects new products to begin contributing revenue fully from the third quarter of 2026, but investors need to watch whether net profit margin will recover and how heavily growth still depends on advertising spending.
