GameSquare Holdings repurchased over 1 million shares of its common stock during July 2026 for less than $0.4 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.38 per share. Following this transaction, the company has about $10.9 million remaining under its current authorization, which was expanded on April 14, 2026. Since October 2025, GameSquare has repurchased a total of over 8.8 million shares for nearly $4.1 million at an average price of approximately $0.46 per share.
