Cordiant Digital lifts Hudson Interxchange capacity to 80% with two new deals

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure has secured two new customer agreements at its Hudson Interxchange data centre in New York, lifting contracted capacity to around 80% of the floor's saleable space. Billing on the first contract starts in September, with full deployment expected by year-end. Separately, Helium One Global's Colorado joint venture completed its first helium sale under a short-term offtake agreement after its second commercial helium trailer delivery, shifting focus to recurring sales and cash flow.
