Eva Live signs letter of intent to acquire 51% of Airbeam Wireless for $16 million
Eva Live has signed a letter of intent to acquire a controlling 51% stake in Airbeam Wireless Technologies Inc. The transaction values Airbeam at approximately $16 million and includes an option for Eva Live to acquire the remaining 49%. The deal positions Eva Live at the intersection of autonomous defense systems, AI communications infrastructure, and satellite networking, which the company views as a collective $3 trillion global market opportunity. Founded in 2019, Airbeam specializes in 60GHz connectivity solutions and controls more than 260 patents and design assets covering WiHD, WiGig, and advanced millimeter-wave technologies through a prior product portfolio acquisition from Lattice Semiconductor. Eva Live plans to integrate Airbeam’s directional beamforming technology with its AI platform to develop secure communications for autonomous drone swarms and to extend multi-gigabit wireless modules into inter-satellite networking for commercial low-Earth-orbit constellations and future lunar communications infrastructure.
