Grace Therapeutics prices $10 million private placement

Grace Therapeutics has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a $10 million private placement with new and existing fundamental investors. The company will issue 4.76 million common shares at $2.10 per share in an at-the-market private placement under Nasdaq rules, with the transaction expected to close on August 6, 2026. Net proceeds, together with existing cash and cash equivalents, are expected to extend its cash runway through the end of calendar 2028. Separately, the company has launched a dual-source manufacturing strategy for GTx-104, including a technology transfer to a second U.S.-based contract manufacturer, to support its NDA resubmission.
