Formerly known as Easylife Corp., GrowGeneration Corp. was founded in 2008 and is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

GrowGeneration shares jump 27% as Q2 revenue beats expectations

GrowGeneration shares rallied more than 27% in early trading Wednesday after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter revenue. The company posted Q2 revenue of $43.22 million, beating market estimates by $0.47 million, while its GAAP EPS of negative $0.03 was in line with expectations. Total operating expenses decreased by $2.2 million, or 13.1%, to $14.7 million from $16.9 million a year ago. For Q3 2026, GrowGeneration expects total consolidated net sales between $44 million and $46 million, and for full-year 2026 it reaffirmed net revenue guidance of $162 million to $168 million, with gross margins of 27% to 29% and adjusted EBITDA of $2 million to $3 million.
