Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust engaged in property rental in Thailand. It holds leasehold rights to the Park Ventures Ecoplex building and land and building sub-lease rights to Sathorn Square, both located in Thailand's Central Business District.
