Univest Securities has closed a registered direct offering of approximately $4 million for its client Haoxi Health Technology Ltd. The Beijing-headquartered online marketing solution provider sold an aggregate of 10 million Class A ordinary shares, or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof, at an offering price of $0.40 per share. The purchase price for the pre-funded warrants is identical to the purchase price for shares, less the exercise price of $0.33 per share. Univest Securities acted as the sole placement agent for the offering, which was made under a shelf registration statement previously declared effective by the SEC.
