Huadi International Receives Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Deficiency Notice
Huadi International Group Co., Ltd. has received a Nasdaq notification that it is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The notice states that for 30 consecutive business days, the closing bid price of the company's ordinary shares was below the $1.00 per share required for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company has been granted a 180-day compliance period until January 11, 2027, to regain compliance by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days. If compliance is not achieved by that date, the company may be eligible for an additional 180-day period, provided it meets certain other listing standards and may consider a reverse stock split. The notice does not immediately affect the listing or trading of the company's shares, and Huadi International is actively monitoring its share price and evaluating options to regain compliance.
