DMC Global second-quarter sales hit $157 million, adjusted EBITDA reaches $10.7 million
DMC Global reported second-quarter sales of $157.0 million and adjusted EBITDA attributable to DMC of $10.7 million, with results at or above the high end of management's forecasts. Net income attributable to DMC was $0.5 million, or $0.10 per diluted share. The performance was driven by Arcadia Products, DMC's building products business, which posted its strongest sales since the second quarter of 2024 with sales of $67.4 million, up 9% year-over-year. DynaEnergetics, the energy products business, reported flat sales of $67.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of $5.6 million, which included $1.5 million in tariff refunds. NobelClad, the composite metals business, saw sales decline 17% to $22.2 million due to customer delivery delays, but its order backlog stood at $63.5 million. For the third quarter, DMC expects sales between $158 million and $168 million and adjusted EBITDA attributable to DMC between $10 million and $13 million.
