indie Semiconductor shares have fallen roughly 30% over the past month, driven by heavy insider selling, yet Wall Street analysts remain bullish with a 12-month average price target implying more than 69% upside. On June 22, the company announced co-founder Dr. Ichiro Aoki will step down as President and board member on June 29, 2026, transitioning to a Technical Advisor role focused on engineering and product roadmap support. Thomas Schiller, former CFO and EVP of Strategy, will join the board.
