iOThree Limited reports 40% revenue growth in FY2026
iOThree Limited reported a 40% increase in total revenue to US$14.7 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, driven by its Edge computing infrastructure and other Digital segment. Gross profit rose 68.4% to US$3.2 million, with gross margin improving to 21.4% from 17.8% a year earlier. The company recorded a net loss of US$1.2 million, which would have been US$0.6 million excluding one-off listing expenses, as higher staff costs and compliance spending offset operational gains. Chairman and CEO Eng Chye Koh highlighted strong demand in Asia, particularly Singapore and Taiwan, and announced plans to open a Japan office by early Q4 2026. The company also noted that a global memory shortage is affecting server supplies, leading to softer performance in the second quarter.
