Jaguar Health Sets 1-for-15 Reverse Stock Split for September 17

Jaguar Health, Inc. will effect a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding voting common stock on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in order to support the Company's compliance with Nasdaq's listing standards. The Company's common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on the Effective Date and will remain listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol JAGX, with a new CUSIP number of 47010C854. The reverse stock split follows stockholder approval of a proposal submitted at the Company's April 2026 Special Meeting of Stockholders, described in the definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 24, 2026. When the split becomes effective, every fifteen shares of common stock immediately prior to the Effective Date will automatically be reclassified into one share, with no change in par value per share, and no fractional shares will be issued, with stockholders entitled to a fractional share receiving a cash payment in lieu thereof. Jaguar Health targets mid-2027 MVID NDA filing with possible end-2027 U.S. approval

Jaguar Health said it plans to submit a new drug application for crofelemer powder-for-oral-solution in microvillus inclusion disease, or MVID, in late second quarter 2027, with potential U.S. approval by end-2027 if breakthrough therapy designation is granted. Jaguar Health Reports Positive Market Research for Neonorm Dog Launch
