Coffee Holding Co., Inc. manufactures, roasts, packages, markets, and distributes roasted and blended coffees in the United States, Australia, Canada, England, and China. It sells wholesale green coffee, including unroasted raw beans, to roasters of all sizes and to coffee shop operators, and it roasts, blends, packages, and sells private-label coffee in cans, brick packages, and instant formats. The company also supplies company-branded coffee to supermarkets, wholesalers, and individually owned stores, and sells tabletop coffee roasting equipment and grinders, instant coffees, tea products, single-cup coffee pods, and food service, as well as manufacturing and selling coffee roasters. Its brands include Cafe Caribe, Don Manuel, S&W, Cafe Supremo, Via Roma, Premier Roasters, Harmony Bay, and Café Femenino Coffee. Formerly known as Transpacific International Group Corp, it changed its name to Coffee Holding Co., Inc. in April 1998; it was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Staten Island, New York.

Coffee Holding Q3 Earnings Turn Positive as Margins Expand

Coffee Holding Company reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 net income of $2 million, or 35 cents per share, reversing a year-earlier net loss of $1.2 million, or 21 cents per share, even as net sales fell 9.3% to $21.7 million from $23.9 million. Gross profit more than doubled to $5.4 million from $2.3 million, lifting gross margin to 25% from 9.4%, while operating income reached $2.3 million against an operating loss of $1.1 million. Cost of sales dropped to $16.3 million, or 75% of net sales, from $21.7 million, or 90.6% of sales, and total operating expenses declined 7.5% to $3.1 million. By product line, green coffee sales fell 19.5% to $8.4 million from $10.5 million, while packed coffee sales were steady at $13.3 million versus $13.4 million. Management said it expects additional tariff refunds to enhance earnings over the next two quarters and cited new business and continued green coffee price volatility in projecting revenue, gross margin and profitability growth through the end of calendar 2026 and into 2027.
