LifeVantage Q4 Revenue Falls 23% as New CEO Outlines Strategy

LifeVantage reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net revenue of $42.4 million, down 23.1% from $55.1 million a year earlier, as new CEO Terrence Moorehead outlined a strategy focused on brand strengthening, consumer relevance, and operational excellence. The decline was driven by fewer orders from active accounts and lower average order size, partly due to macroeconomic pressures and reduced sales of the MindBody GLP-1 System, partially offset by LoveBiome sales. GAAP net income was $1.3 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared to $2.0 million, or $0.15 per share, in the prior year period. The company ended the fiscal year with $14.9 million in cash and no debt, and repurchased approximately 336,000 shares for $2.0 million during fiscal 2026. Management did not provide formal guidance for fiscal 2027, citing the recent CEO transition, but expects to turn the trend line by fiscal Q3 or Q4.
