The LGL Group, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets time and frequency instruments in the United States and internationally. It operates in two segments: Electronic Instruments and Merchant Investment. Its products include frequency and time reference standards, RF/digital/optical time code distribution amplifiers, NTP servers, redundancy auto switches, GPS/GNSS frequency and time standards, and time code generators. These products are used in computer networking, satellite ground stations, electric utilities, metrology, broadcasting, and telecommunication systems. The company was formerly known as Lynch Corporation, was founded in 1917, and is based in Orlando, Florida.

Cash and cash equivalents and marketable securities were $45.2 million as of June 30, 2026, compared to $41.6 million as of December 31, 2025.
