Laird Superfood has expanded its product line at Target stores nationwide to include Organic PERFORM Functional Mushroom Coffee and DEFEND Functional Mushroom Coffee. The PERFORM blend combines chaga, lion’s mane, maitake, and cordyceps mushrooms with organic Peruvian coffee to support energy and cognitive performance, while DEFEND features red reishi, maitake, olive leaf extract, and agaricus mushroom powder plus 15% of the daily recommended vitamin D to aid the body’s natural defenses. The new functional mushroom coffees join existing Laird Superfood offerings at Target, including Sweet & Creamy Superfood Creamer with Functional Mushrooms and Organic Liquid Creamer in Vanilla and Caramel. CEO Jason Vieth noted that Target has been a key partner in making the brand’s products more accessible to consumers seeking to enhance their morning coffee routine.
