The company also provides commercial and industrial loans, various real estate and construction loans, home equity lines of credit, consumer loans, credit cards, and overdraft protection. In addition, it offers courier services, safe deposit boxes, and insurance products including auto, homeowners, boat, recreational vehicle, small business, and life insurance. Incorporated in 1997, it is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
