MKDWELL Tech to acquire smart-home group Landvision for $240 million in shares
MKDWELL Tech Inc. has agreed to acquire Landvision Inc., a holding company that owns a fast-growing developer of AI-enabled smart-home and IoT products, in an all-share deal valued at 240 million US dollars. The company will issue 30 million new ordinary shares at 8 dollars per share to the selling shareholders, and upon completion those shares will represent approximately 87.72 percent of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital. Landvision’s operating subsidiary designs and supplies premium smart-home security products, cooling appliances, and OEM and ODM solutions, with certain products Matter-certified for cross-brand interoperability. MKDWELL believes the acquisition will diversify its business beyond automotive electronics into the high-growth consumer smart-home market, leveraging complementary strengths in embedded electronics and a shared Greater China supply chain. Completion is expected around August 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, and CEO Ming-Chia Huang will remain controlling shareholder through an acting-in-concert arrangement.
