MSG Entertainment Reports Record Fiscal 2026 Revenue of $1.1 Billion
Madison Square Garden Entertainment reported full-year revenue of $1.1 billion, a 13% increase, and adjusted operating income of $262.2 million, up 18%, driven by growth across all key business areas. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 27% to $196.3 million, helped by a doubling of concerts at the Garden and a $7.4 million increase in shared revenue from Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. agreements during the Knicks' championship run. The Christmas Spectacular set a record with $195 million in revenue and 1.2 million tickets sold across 215 performances, the highest attendance in 25 years. The company repurchased $25 million of Class A common stock in fiscal 2026, bringing total buybacks since its 2023 spin-off to $205 million for 6.1 million shares. Management also announced a nonbinding memorandum of understanding to transfer the Infosys Theater as part of the Penn Station redevelopment project, with the arena expected to remain fully operational during construction.
