N-able cuts 2026 revenue guidance, plans 6% workforce reduction
N-able lowered its full-year 2026 revenue outlook and announced a 6% workforce reduction as it navigates go-to-market leadership changes and softer renewal rates in its UEM and EDR segments. Second quarter ARR was $544 million, up 6% year-over-year in constant currency, while adjusted EBITDA was $40 million, a 29% margin. The company now expects full-year revenue of $539 million to $542 million, down from prior guidance, and ARR of $562 million to $565 million. CEO John Pagliuca cited a transition in go-to-market leadership with new Chief Revenue Officer Russell Rosa and shifting dynamics in UEM and EDR markets as key factors. N-able also plans organizational changes to reduce annualized operating expenses by $11 million to $13 million, with restructuring charges of $4 million to $6 million in the second half of the year.
