NeuroOne Q3 revenue up 16%, ISO certification opens international markets

NeuroOne Medical Technologies reported third quarter fiscal 2026 product revenue of $2.0 million, a 16% increase from $1.7 million a year earlier, driven by higher sales of its OneRF Brain Ablation System. The company received $2.7 million in new product orders during the quarter, up 43% year-over-year, and expects aggregate fiscal 2026 product orders of approximately $11.2 million, with recognized revenue projected between $9.2 million and $10.5 million depending on shipment timing. Gross margin expanded to 59.9% from 53.9%, and net loss widened to $2.0 million, or $0.23 per basic share, from $1.5 million, or $0.19 per basic share, in the prior-year quarter. NeuroOne also announced it received ISO 13485 certification, enabling entry into international markets for its OneRF Brain Ablation System, OneRF Trigeminal Neuralgia Ablation System, and Evo Cortical and sEEG diagnostic product lines, and said its lead investor increased its stake from 7.4% to 12.5% after quarter end.
