It prefers to take majority stakes and invests in companies less than seven years old, or up to 10 years for knowledge-intensive companies.

Northern 2 VCT PLC purchased 2,260,845 of its own ordinary shares on 27 July 2026 at a price of 51.87 pence per share for cancellation.
