Compagnie de l'Odet shareholders approve all resolutions, raise ordinary dividend 9%

Compagnie de l'Odet's Combined General Meeting passed all resolutions with at least 99.8% of votes. The ordinary dividend was raised 9% to 4.80 euros per share, payable June 25, 2026. Directors Marie Bolloré and Olivier Roussel were renewed for three-year terms. The board will meet September 16 to set an exceptional interim dividend of 2 billion to 2.5 billion euros, funded by a 3 billion euro exceptional dividend from Bolloré SE.
