Once Upon A Farm Raises Full-Year Outlook After 42% Sales Jump

Once Upon A Farm reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales growth of 42.3% to $85.4 million and raised its full-year guidance. The company now projects fiscal 2026 net sales of $327 million to $335 million, up from a prior forecast of $313 million to $323 million, and lifted its adjusted EBITDA guidance to $3 million to $4.5 million from $2 million to $4 million. Gross margin fell to 35.9% from 40.8% a year earlier, partly due to trade spending and a higher snack mix, and the company now expects full-year gross margin of around 40%, about 100 basis points below its prior outlook. Baby business sales surged 73% to $41.5 million, while kid business sales rose 22% to $43.9 million, supported by distribution gains and new product launches including meat and legume protein pouches.
