Onfolio Q2 Loss Widens as Revenue Falls 52%

Onfolio Holdings Inc. reported a wider second-quarter loss as revenue fell sharply and cash remained tight. Revenue dropped 52% to $1.50 million from $3.15 million a year earlier, with services revenue down 41% to $1.22 million and product sales down 74% to $279,000. The net loss attributable to Onfolio widened to $4.54 million from $570,000, and the loss per common share was $35.57 versus $6.49. Cash stood at $251,000 as of June 30, down from $2.17 million at the end of 2025. CEO Dominic Wells said the portfolio did not turn the corner as expected, citing cash constraints and softer cash generation. The company is targeting an Oct. 1 close for a seller-financed acquisition with roughly $4 million of trailing 12-month adjusted EBITDA, and another target's upfront cash requirement was renegotiated down to $1.3 million from $3.5 million.

Onfolio Holdings Q2 2026 Earnings: Revenue Down 52%, Nasdaq Compliance Addressed

Onfolio Holdings Inc reported a 52% year-over-year decline in total revenue for the second quarter of 2026, with revenue falling to $1.5 million. Onfolio's B2B services revenue dropped 41% to $1.22 million, while B2C product revenue fell 74% to $279,000, and the company posted a net loss of $4.6 million driven largely by non-cash losses on derivative liabilities and digital assets. Cash at quarter-end was just $251,000, leading to going concern disclosures in its 10-Q filing. Onfolio enters binding LOI with Paramount Helium to access US helium resource

Onfolio Holdings has executed a binding letter of intent with Paramount Helium for a strategic combination that would give the company access to an estimated $3 billion US-based helium resource. Paramount Helium has agreed to terms with secured creditors of Proton Green to acquire the senior debt position secured by Proton Green’s helium and carbon dioxide assets in the St. Johns Unit in northeastern Arizona. The resource is estimated to hold recoverable volumes of more than 20 billion cubic feet of helium, approximately ten times the size of the recently privatized US Federal Helium Reserve, and independent analysis has identified the St Johns Dome as containing the largest identified terrestrial resource of helium-3, a rare isotope critical to quantum computing, with an expected sales value of $10 to $20 million per kilogram. Onfolio believes the assets could support a world-class position in the global helium market and the largest single source of production in the North American merchant carbon dioxide market, targeting potential supply into semiconductor manufacturing, space exploration, and aerospace and defense.
