One Stop Systems has received an approximately $400,000 award from a leading U.S. defense prime contractor for advanced modeling and simulation of U.S. missile defense systems in support of the U.S. Missile Defense Agency. The award covers the company's latest generation 4UP Max PCIe expansion platform configured with eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, marking the first deployment of this configuration with the customer. OSS said the system is intended to provide a significant compute technology upgrade for advanced missile defense modeling and simulation workloads. President and CEO Mike Knowles said the award demonstrates the value of the company's latest-generation computing platforms for some of the defense industry's most demanding simulation workloads and validates its ability to support critical national defense applications. OSS said it is seeing increased demand for high-end simulation environments and believes these trends are creating additional opportunities across missile defense and other advanced defense applications, including next-generation homeland missile defense architectures and fifth- and sixth-generation platform performance modeling.

One Stop Systems has received a new $1.3 million award from the U.S. Navy, establishing a relationship with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity. Under the award, OSS will deliver its Gen5 ruggedized 3U short-depth server for shipboard deployment as a data recorder that captures network traffic at rates exceeding 50 gigabytes per second. Deliveries are expected to contribute to revenue in 2026, and OSS anticipates approximately $2.5 million in potential follow-on orders over the next four years. The award expands OSS's presence across U.S. Department of Defense research and development organizations.

One Stop Systems reported second-quarter revenue of $9.3 million, a 62.3% year-over-year increase, and raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance to a range of 25% to 30%, up from a prior range of 20% to 25%. The company achieved record quarterly bookings of $15.1 million, bringing year-to-date bookings to $30 million and resulting in a book-to-bill ratio of 1.7. Customer-funded development revenue grew 145% to $944,000, while gross margin declined to 39.1% from 41.3% due to a higher mix of early-stage, lower-margin projects. A one-time legal settlement charge of $6.25 million led to a GAAP net loss of $7.3 million, or $0.29 per share, but non-GAAP net loss was $0.2 million, or $0.01 per share, and adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $0.3 million from a loss of $1.8 million a year earlier. The company ended the quarter with $31.4 million in cash and no debt, and management highlighted 14 programs with estimated multiyear revenue potential exceeding $42 million.

One Stop Systems has received a roughly $2.2 million production order from a manufacturer of autonomous construction and mining equipment. The order follows the successful completion of prototype delivery, testing, and validation, moving the program from development to production. Under the deal, the company will supply its Gen5 ruggedized liquid-cooled server for autonomous heavy construction and mining equipment, with deliveries expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and continue through the third quarter of 2027. One Stop Systems still expects the program to generate $10 million to $15 million in cumulative orders over the next five years.
