ProVen Growth and Income VCT NAV rises to 47.6p per share

ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc reported an unaudited net asset value per share of 47.6 pence as of 31 May 2026, up from 47.5 pence at the end of February. Total return, which combines NAV and dividends paid since the original C Share class launch, reached 131.50 pence per share. The company announced a final dividend of 1.3 pence per share for the year ended 28 February 2026, payable on 14 August 2026, which will reduce NAV to 46.3 pence and lift cumulative dividends to 85.2 pence per share. During the three-month period, one new venture capital investment of £1,043,000 was made in Mothership Drinks Ltd, while the disposal of Access Systems, Inc. generated a realised gain of £7,000. Total venture capital investments were valued at £122,033,000 against a cost of £113,386,000, and net assets stood at £159,431,000.

ProVen VCT and ProVen Growth and Income VCT publish supplementary prospectus

ProVen VCT plc and ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc have published a supplementary prospectus relating to their offers for subscription issued on 17 November 2025. The offers aim to raise up to £40 million in total, with each company raising up to £15 million and each having an over-allotment facility of up to a further £5 million. The supplementary prospectus is required under the Prospectus Regulation Rules following the publication of each company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 28 February 2026. Copies have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will be available at the National Storage Mechanism and on the ProVen Investments website.
