ePlus Achieves Net Promoter Score of 74, Well Above Tech Industry Benchmarks
ePlus announced that an independent VistaXM survey found most customers highly satisfied and very likely to recommend the company, resulting in a Net Promoter Score of 74, well above typical technology industry benchmarks. This high score underscores how ePlus's emphasis on customer experience and operational execution may be strengthening its competitive position and long-term client relationships. The score reinforces the idea that customer experience and execution are real strengths, but it does not materially change the key near-term catalyst, which remains scaling recurring and managed services, nor the biggest risk, which is revenue volatility from large, nonrecurring enterprise projects. The recent launch of ePlus's Private AI Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering sits at the intersection of AI infrastructure demand and expanding managed services, two areas that could be reinforced by strong client advocacy. ePlus's narrative projects $2.8 billion revenue and $136.4 million earnings by 2029, with a fair value estimate of $111.00 per share, a 35% upside to its current price.
