The company collects, sorts, transports, and delivers letters and parcels, and offers data management, direct marketing, fulfillment, and cross-border mail and parcel solutions. Formerly known as TNT N.V., it changed its name to PostNL N.V. in May 2011 and is based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

PostNL Reports First-Half 2026 Revenue of EUR1.6 Billion and Confirms Full-Year Outlook

PostNL reported first-half 2026 revenue of EUR1.6 billion, nearly in line with last year, and confirmed its full-year outlook for normalized EBIT between EUR40 million and EUR70 million and free cash flow between zero and minus EUR30 million. Normalized EBIT improved slightly year-over-year, while free cash flow significantly improved to minus EUR70 million, driven by proactive working capital management. E-commerce revenue fell 2.4% to EUR937 million as volumes declined 6.4%, with domestic volumes down 4.2% and international volumes down 15%, though average price per parcel rose 5%. The Platforms segment saw revenue up 1% to EUR379 million, with European e-commerce volumes growing 28%, but reported a normalized EBIT loss of EUR3 million. Mail revenue edged up 0.5% to EUR623 million despite a 5.3% volume decline, and the company achieved EUR24 million in e-commerce cost savings in the first half, on track for EUR40 million to EUR50 million for the full year, while launching an additional EUR75 million cost-saving program for 2027-2028.
