Reservoir Media reports 12% revenue growth in fiscal Q1 2027, reaffirms full-year guidance
Reservoir Media reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 total revenue of $41.5 million, a 12% increase year over year, with organic revenue growth of 6%. Music Publishing revenue rose 6% to $26.5 million, while Recorded Music revenue surged 35% to $14.1 million, driven by digital gains and synchronization license timing. Adjusted EBITDA grew 13% to $15.7 million, and the company reaffirmed its full-year revenue guidance of $186 million to $191 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $75 million to $79 million. A special committee of the Board is evaluating unsolicited acquisition proposals, with Morgan Stanley as financial adviser and Wachtell Lipton as legal counsel. The company also announced strategic partnerships in Latin music, including a joint venture with TU Publishing and the acquisition of Nacional Records and its publishing arm.
