Solutions30 to phase out major French fibre contract by second half of 2026

Solutions30 is continuing to reduce its exposure to the mature French fibre deployment market, with the gradual cessation of a major contract during the second half of 2026. This contract, which had turned to a negative operating margin, accounted for approximately 38% of Solutions30's revenue in France and 13% of the Group's consolidated revenue for the 2025 financial year. The share of Connectivity activities in the company's French revenue has already fallen from 72% in 2022 to 45% in 2025. The move is part of a strategic repositioning towards more promising markets such as energy and technology services. Antoine Mirabel, CEO of French operations, stated that the decision will significantly impact French revenue but will reduce dependence on a mature market with unsatisfactory profitability levels.

Solutions30 shareholders approve all resolutions at annual general meeting

Solutions30 SE held its Annual General Meeting in Luxembourg on June 17, 2026, where shareholders adopted all proposed resolutions. These included approval of the 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements, the re-appointment of PKF Audit & Conseil S. à r.l. as statutory auditor, and the re-election of Thomas Kremer to the Supervisory Board. Advisory votes on the remuneration report and remuneration policy, as well as approval of Supervisory Board remuneration, also passed.
