Scorpio Gold Drills High-Grade Gold at Manhattan

Scorpio Gold Corp. reported assay results from four drill holes at its Manhattan District Project in Nevada, with the standout intercept of 3.02 g/t gold over 48.92 metres from 118.87 metres, including 19.29 g/t gold over 5.24 metres, at the Goldwedge target. The company has now reported assays on 107 of the 114 holes drilled in its Phase Two program, totaling 30,889 metres, with results pending for seven holes. The drilling also confirmed mineralization along the Reliance Fault and the Zanzibar Trend, with hole 26MN-118 returning 1.19 g/t gold over 99.94 metres. Scorpio Gold holds a 100% interest in the Manhattan District, which includes the advanced exploration-stage Goldwedge Mine and four past-producing pits.
