SPAR Group to Move from Nasdaq to OTCQB Market on July 23

SPAR Group, Inc. announced that its common stock will be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market and begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market effective at the open of trading on July 23, 2026, under the same ticker symbol SGRP. President and CEO William Linnane stated that the transition does not affect the company's operations, customer commitments, or SEC reporting obligations. Shareholders are not required to take any action, and the stock will remain eligible for electronic trading through broker-dealers once quotations become available on the over-the-counter market.
