Skeena Gold & Silver shareholders re-elect board, company appoints new VP of Corporate Development

Skeena Gold & Silver announced that shareholders re-elected all directors and approved the company's Rolling Omnibus Incentive Plan at its annual general meeting on June 22, 2026, with over 99% of votes cast also backing the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditor. A total of 88,651,225 shares were voted, representing 71.5% of outstanding common shares. The company also appointed Ryan Maloney as Vice President of Corporate Development, bringing more than a decade of institutional capital markets experience from roles at BMO Capital Markets, Desjardins Capital Markets, and Sprott Capital Partners. Additionally, Justin Himmelright will transition from Senior Vice President of External Affairs to a Strategic Advisor role effective July 1, 2026, after a decade with the company during which he helped secure British Columbia's first Section 7 Impact Benefit Agreement for the Eskay Creek Project.
