Stabilis targets 2027 revenue above $100M on data center bridge power contract
Stabilis Solutions expects 2027 revenue to exceed $100 million, driven primarily by a behind-the-meter power generation project to provide bridge power for a U.S. data center that extends into early 2029 and is expected to generate approximately $100 million of revenue annually over its two-year term. The company reported second quarter revenue of $11.9 million, down about 31% year-over-year, and adjusted EBITDA of $0.1 million, compared to $1.5 million in the prior year period. Management said second half revenues are expected to increase by more than 50% compared to the first half of 2026, and that as of the end of Q2 the company had received $20 million in customer prepayments for the data center project, with an additional $5 million received early in Q3. Aerospace LNG volumes sold rose 79% year-over-year and 87% sequentially, while non-power generation industrial business volumes grew more than 67% year-over-year. The company is not providing 2027 guidance, but expects adjusted EBITDA margin expansion to the high teens as the larger revenue base leverages its largely fixed corporate infrastructure.
