SUNation Stock Dips After Q2 Earnings, Revenues Decline 37.5%
SUNation Energy shares fell 0.8% after the company reported second-quarter 2026 revenues of $8.2 million, down 37.5% from $13.1 million a year earlier. Net loss narrowed to $3.3 million from $9.6 million, while basic and diluted net loss per share improved to 52 cents from $3.14. Gross profit fell 55.9% to $2.1 million, and consolidated gross margin contracted to 26.1% from 37%. The company also announced a proposed reverse merger with Suniva, Inc., with closing targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026, and completed a $2.7 million private placement at $1.13 per share on June 7.
