International Tower Hill Mines CEO Karl Hanneman steps down, David Wiens named successor

International Tower Hill Mines announced that CEO Karl Hanneman is stepping down and will remain as a strategic advisor and director. David Wiens has been appointed as the new CEO effective August 17, 2026, and he has agreed to subscribe for $200,000 of common shares. Shane Parrow was concurrently named President, COO, and Director effective July 27, 2026. Wiens and Parrow will focus on completing a feasibility study, advancing permitting, securing financing, and positioning the Livengood Gold Project for development. THM shares were trading at $2.06, up 0.98 percent, in pre-market activity on the New York Stock Exchange American.
