Its Smart Vision Systems segment provides 2D and 3D machine vision technology for quality inspection, operation, and object monitoring, as well as security vision systems for managing urban environments and enhancing efficiency, safety, and security in infrastructure, parking, and building security. The Smart Manufacturing Systems segment offers systems engineering and assembly, control and analysis software, and connectivity and vision technologies for tire production and factory automation, along with care solutions such as medicine distribution machines. The Smart Connectivity Systems segment develops connectivity systems for energy distribution, fiber optic systems for data and communication networks, and specialized cable systems for industrial, marine, offshore, and medical applications, and provides contactless energy and data distribution for airfield ground lighting. Formerly known as NV Twentsche Kabel Holding, the company changed its name to TKH Group N.V. in 2005 and was founded in 1930, based in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands.
