Valens Semiconductor Ltd. provides semiconductor products for the audio-video and automotive industries through its Cross Industry Business and Automotive segments. Its HDBaseT technology enables simultaneous delivery of ultra-high-definition digital video and audio, Ethernet, USB, control signals, and power over a single long-reach cable. The company also offers MIPI A-PHY, a connectivity standard for advanced driver-assistance and automated driving systems, along with semiconductors and components in the VS100, VS2000, VS3000, VS6000, VS7000, VS6320, VA6000, and VA7000 product series. Products are sold through a direct sales force, distributors, and independent sales representatives. Incorporated in 2006, Valens is headquartered in Hod HaSharon, Israel.

Valens Semiconductor appoints Karine Pinto-Flomenboim as CFO
