タムロン、ソニーグループから完全子会社化の買収提案受領を公表
レンズメーカーのタムロンは30日、ソニーグループから完全子会社化を目的とした法的拘束力のない提案を受領したと明らかにした。提案を受け特別委員会を設置し、企業価値向上に向けた様々な選択肢を検討している。ソニーグループも買収提案の事実を認めている。経済誌ダイヤモンド電子版は29日、買収額が2000億円規模になるもようと報じた。
