AbbVie IncQ2 2026 earnings beat expectations, with Skyrizi and Rinvoq driving strong revenue growth and raised full-year guidance.

AbbVie reported second-quarter 2026 results that beat earnings and sales expectations, with immunology drugs Skyrizi and Rinvoq together accounting for more than 47% of total revenues. Skyrizi sales rose 24% operationally to $5.5 billion and Rinvoq sales rose 23.7% to more than $2.5 billion, driven by strong demand and market-share gains across approved indications, especially in inflammatory bowel disease. The company raised its full-year Skyrizi sales forecast by $100 million to approximately $21.7 billion and expects combined Skyrizi and Rinvoq growth of more than 20% in 2026. Rinvoq received EU approval for vitiligo and alopecia areata, with U.S. decisions expected later this year and in early 2027, and AbbVie anticipates nearly $2 billion in combined peak sales from these two dermatology indications. Legacy drug Humira saw sales decline 36.1% to $756 million due to biosimilar competition, but the immunology franchise continues to offset that erosion.
