Arista NetworksRecord AI demand driving revenue targets to $11.5B by 2026 and $3.5B in AI product sales this year.

Arista Networks is grappling with a supply chain crunch that is delaying revenue recognition even as demand for its AI networking gear reaches unprecedented levels. CEO Jayshree Ullal described current demand as the best she has ever seen at the company, with Arista now targeting $11.5 billion in revenue for 2026 and expecting to sell $3.5 billion worth of products into AI projects this year alone. However, management warned that demand is outstripping supply, calling the shortages a one- to two-year phenomenon that is creating gross margin pressure. The company is sitting on a total deferred revenue balance of $6.2 billion, as hyperscale customers must formally sign off on complex AI network deployments before sales can be booked, a process that can take six to eight quarters.
