Core ingredients adjusted EBITDA climbed to $352.5 million in the second quarter of 2026 from $206.9 million a year earlier, and management expects third-quarter core ingredients adjusted EBITDA of $325 million to $340 million. Darling's share of Diamond Green Diesel adjusted EBITDA surged to $389.2 million from $42.6 million a year earlier, with EBITDA per gallon sold rising to $2.23 from 34 cents.
