Denali Therapeutics has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for gross proceeds of $195 million. The voucher was awarded by the FDA following the accelerated approval of AVLAYAH, the first FDA-approved biologic specifically designed to cross the blood-brain barrier, for Hunter syndrome in March 2026. Proceeds will support advancement of Denali's broad TransportVehicle-enabled clinical portfolio, which includes programs for Sanfilippo syndrome type A, GRN-related frontotemporal dementia, Pompe disease, and Alzheimer's disease, among others. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including antitrust clearance.
