Entegris reported second-quarter sales of $883 million, up 11% year over year, with adjusted net income rising 42% to $143 million, exceeding its guidance. The company cited accelerating AI-related semiconductor demand and higher industry capital spending, with unit-driven revenue up 10% and capital-expenditure-related revenue up 15%. Entegris raised its 2026 semiconductor industry growth expectation to 7% to 8% and is tracking more than 20 leading-edge capacity expansions globally, which it expects to contribute more meaningfully in the second half of 2026 and into 2027. Free cash flow reached $120 million, and the company repaid $200 million of debt in the quarter, targeting year-end net leverage below three times. Third-quarter guidance calls for sales of $905 million to $935 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.96 to $1.04.
