Crypto wallet Exodus Movement has announced a restructuring that will reduce its global headcount by about 25%. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the cuts affect roughly 77 people, including employees and individual external service providers, and the company will provide transition support such as severance and continued benefits. Exodus is integrating its acquisitions Monavate and Baanx and plans to concentrate resources on building a full-stack card issuing and payments platform that includes stablecoin payments. The restructuring is expected to reduce annual cash operating expenses by 10 million to 13 million dollars. At the same time, the company expects to incur restructuring charges of 2.5 million to 3.5 million dollars, and the full-year savings impact will not materialize until 2027.
