Exodus Movement, Inc. announced a workforce reduction of approximately 25% and expects $10 million to $13 million in annualized operating expense savings, with the full monthly run rate to be achieved in the fourth quarter of 2026. The company reported Q2 2026 revenue of $26.2 million and a net loss of $18.6 million, which management attributed largely to one-time integration costs following the acquisitions of Monavate and Baanx. CEO J. Richardson stated that Exodus is transforming into a payments company and that restoring card issuance in Europe is a key near-term priority, with a new issuing arrangement targeted for Q4. CFO James Gernetzke noted that the quarterly savings cadence will be $2.5 million to $3.5 million, with the full cash impact visible by the end of Q4 due to the timing of the reduction in force.
