Innovative Eyewear, Inc. (Nasdaq: LUCY; LUCYW) announced in its Q3 business update that it has surpassed $1 million in quarterly revenue for the first time, marking twelve consecutive quarters of year-over-year growth. The company also revealed a strategic alliance with HTC to introduce the VIVE Eagle camera glasses to the U.S. market, and its upcoming big box store test has tripled in size, with a 375-store rollout at Canada's FYiDoctors beginning in September. Operating expenses have fallen from 467% of revenue in Q1 2025 to 193% in Q2 2026, and net loss narrowed from 391% to 165% over the same period. Lucyd Armor is undergoing commercial tests with DHL, ExxonMobil, ThermoKing, ABM Inc., and Fastenal, and the company is partnering with Qualcomm on an improved chipset. Upcoming launches include the HTC VIVE Eagle in mid-September and Lucyd Aero in mid-October.
