Micron Technology shares gained 2.1% in Friday morning trading as KeyBanc forecast DRAM prices to rise 15% to 20% in the third quarter and another 15% in the fourth, with NAND pricing surging 30% to 40% this quarter before climbing roughly another 15% next quarter. The memory-chip maker reported record fiscal third-quarter revenue of $41.46 billion, up from $23.86 billion in the previous quarter, and adjusted free cash flow of $18.3 billion after $7.1 billion of capital spending. Micron finished the quarter with $30.2 billion of cash, investments and restricted cash. At $966.87 on August 14, the stock trades 67.22% above its GF Value estimate of $578.20, while UBS carries a $1,625 price target.
